How do I input my One Time Password?
Your One Time Password is a 7 digit alpha-numeric password. It will be sent to you separately from your Internet Banking Welcome Letter. The password is sent to you in a sealed envelope which has not been viewed by any individual.
Letters must be input as UPPERCASE, numbers are identified by an underscore.
The one time password is only used once. When the password has been entered correctly, you will be invited to change it to a password of your choice.
Why am I getting the error "Page cannot be displayed"?
If you get the following messages, it may mean you have a modem/network problem and you should contact your ISP or LAN Administrator:
Page cannot be displayed
Cannot open site
Cannot connect to server
The website is unavailable - always check that the URL (or simply, the address of a website) you have entered is correct
What is the customer user name?
Your customer user name is a seven digit alphanumeric identifier, which will be detailed in your Internet Banking Welcome letter. This customer user name is specific to you. You will require this customer user name to register for our Internet Banking service, and subsequently, each time you log on to Internet Banking.

Why do my details fail validation?
It may be that you have entered incorrect details at the registration stage. Please check that you are entering the correct information as detailed below:
Full seven-digit customer user name. This can be found in your Internet Banking Welcome letter
Your one time password details are input correctly
