The Specialist & Acquisition Finance Team
Andrew Merrifield has over 18 years experience in acquisition finance across British, European and US Banks. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds an MBA.
Andrew formed the team in the South in the Spring of 2005. They have completed 19 deals including a £40m management buyout and an undisclosed figure for a public to private acquisition.
