Executive profile: Debbie Crosbie

Debbie was appointed to her current role in January 2008.

Having started her career with the Prudential Assurance Company, Debbie joined the Bank in 1997.  She has since held a variety of roles, including Head of Strategic Projects and Head of the Bank's Development Centre. In 2004 she was appointed Head of Technology Governance where she was responsible for all aspects of financial control for IT, quality assurance, IT risk and security, programme office and investment plan management for the UK banks.

Debbie has an Honours degree in Business Law and Industrial Relations from the University of Strathclyde.
