Tom has over 30 years experience in financial services and has held a variety of positions for National Australia Group. He has front line experience in numerous customer segments, having held senior management positions in Corporate, Business and Retail banking.
In addition he has extensive corporate centre experience, in the fields of credit, finance, strategy, operations and risk. He also has international which has included working in Australia for 3 years.
He returned to the UK in 2004 and was appointed Chief Risk Officer in October 2006. Tom is a graduate in Economics and Politics, holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
