Quality and Efficiency Director
Margaret Butler was appointed Quality and Efficiency Director, in January 2005. Margaret has many years experience in banking and financial services in Australia and the UK, starting her career with Northern Bank.
Margaret's recent roles have included Head of Strategy NAG Europe, Group Manager Planning and Project Director for Finance Transformation in Australia. Returning to the UK in 2003, Margaret was involved in a compliance project and then held dual roles within the National's Wealth Management Europe division, including Head of Service Delivery and Head of People & Culture.
Margaret took up her current role to build "Six Sigma" capability in our UK operations to make it easier for our customers to do business with us and in 2006 expanded the role to cover the creation and implementation of broader Process Management capabilities.
