“I’m blind or visually impaired”
Our Internet Banking and Telephone Banking services have been developed to enable customers who are blind or visually impaired to use them just as easily as anyone else.
We can also help make the registration process easier by providing registration information in large print, on audio tape or in Braille too.
To register:
- Telephone 08456 011 801* (open weekdays 8am-10pm, weekends 9am-6pm)
- Select option 1
You’ll be connected to a Helpdesk Advisor who will assist you with registration.
Please have the following information to hand:
- Your account details - sort code and account number
- Your Customer Number
- Your 4 digit Access Code number
